Ordering
- Orders can be placed via phone, mail, fax or online. Please click on the “contact us” link for contact information for your local Yipes! representative.
- To check on your order, please call or email our office during business hours and one of our qualified customer service representatives will give you a status update. Please make sure you call us two weeks before your need date if you have not received everything from your order.
- Because orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to expedite deliveries, Yipes! does not always have the ability to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please call us as soon as possible with your request and we will inform you of what we can do to fulfill your request.
- Once your order has been processed, there will be no changes or deletions allowed. Any additions will be considered a new order.
- We do allow re-orders and add-ons, but orders that do not meet minimum quantity requirements will have the following surcharge added to each new order: Screen Printing: $35, Embroidery $20
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money order, school check, personal check (must clear before order will be released), school purchase order (faxed with authorized signature such as a bookkeeper, athletic director, or principal), Letter of Authorization (stating that school/coach will be responsible for payment with same authorized signature as listed above). We must have written permission from an authorized person to be able to bill the school.
- We cannot accept copies of signed checks as this is not a guarantee of payment.
- We can process an order without receiving a check first if you provide us a credit card number to withhold the funds from. Once we receive the check and it clears, we will release the temporary funds from your credit card.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, customization, time of year and where the item is being shipped.
- To assure that you have your order on time, please order early and tell us the delivery date needed. May – July are our busiest delivery months. If you have orders due during this time, we recommend that you call 7-10 days before your due date to check on your order.
- As a general guideline in-stock and blank items are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Custom tees, bags, shorts, pants, poms, sweatshirts, warm-ups, and shoes deliver within 2-4 weeks.
- All ship dates are approximate and actual delivery will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. Next Day Air, Two Day Air, and Three Day Select are subject to manufacturing times and available for an extra shipping charge. Please see shipping chart for cost. The delivery times quoted do not include UPS shipping time, which adds 1-5 business days.
Returns
- All returns and/or exchanges must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by a Return Form (which you will receive with your original invoice). All items must be returned via a trackable method or insured mail. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns are accepted.
- We do not accept returns on customized items including personalized colors, lettering, and poms.
- Briefs and bodysuits are non-refundable.
- All shoes must be in original shoe box and shipped inside a separate box. Please do not ruin the box with tape, labels, or writing, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Items that are in-stock may be returned within 30 days for a re-stocking fee of 15% of the items purchased price.
- Anything that has been worn or used cannot be returned. Please fit all items before going to camp.
Samples
- We strongly encourage you to order sizing samples if you have time, especially for apparel that will be decorated.
- We require full payment of samples up front. Once we receive the samples back, you will receive a full refund.
- All ground shipping charges are waived on sample orders.
Guarantees/out-of-stock or discontinued items
- All merchandise if completely guaranteed against material flaws and/or defects in workmanship. If you receive a defective item, please call us. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot guarantee embroidery or silk screening on items not purchased from Yipes!
- On occasion our in-stock items may become out-of-stock or an item may be discontinued. In such circumstances, we will inform you if any item in your order is temporarily out-of-stock or discontinued.
- Prices are effective March 1, 2008 through March 1, 2009 and are subject to change without notice.
